Great video David! We've had similar experiences with potential buyers too.

Sometimes... you can lead a potential buyer to the process, but you can't get them in for that coffee.

Hey Tom, thanks for the comments. It's always nice to hear things about real estate in different locations. It's funny...different location but the same issues. I feel for this guy..he called me back later this afternoon and wants me to help him find a home. I'm going to see my mortgage broker with him in a few days..
