I think mornings are underrated. I consider them fundamental for the whole l days experience. What I do in the very first moments of the morning will fundamentally and inexorably shape my entire day. Most of the time I spend my mornings by routinely performing some habits, you know....on auto pilot. Hence, my days will routinely unfold towards me, the same way day after day, on auto pilot......Grrr! I had to change this. So what did I do?
Every morning when I wake up I consciously insert my intentions in these very first moments and it has a huge effect. Taking charge of those moments it’s like activating some subtle, unconscious triggers which will ultimately determine my whole daily experience, exactly the way I want. Mornings are so fundamental. That's why I experiment a lot with my very first moments of each and every day.
