I point my mind to something I'm really grateful for and stay there for 5 minutes. This might be my family, my wealth, my health or just my present moment. I Feel grateful for it (sometimes I cry, it can be that powerful). There’s nobody between me and that thought, there’s nobody watching or listening. I’m free to feel grateful and happy and embrace the feeling.
And then I start my day as usual. It’s only 5 minutes, yet the impact of such a day starter is overwhelming: whenever I’m doing it I feel like I can do anything I put my mind to.....for the entire day.
